3. User-Generated Content:

Any content provided by users, such as testimonials, may be used by us for marketing purposes.

4. Payments, Refunds, and Cancellations:

Refunds may be requested within 30 days of purchase, subject to discussion and approval. Retainer packages cannot be canceled within the first three months.

While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free services. We shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of our services.

6. Dispute Resolution:

In the event of a dispute, parties agree to attempt informal resolution first. If unresolved, mediation will be pursued before litigation.
